WHAT DOES UNDER-RECOVERY FEEL LIKE?
fatigue | brain fog | poor sleep | anxiety | stiffness | plateaued exercise performance
I'm a tech founder and literally cannot afford to be off my game or hungover. I cut way back on drinking and switched to Guinep.
Totally addicted. I had cut down on drinking before I got pregnant but now I'm totally alcohol free and Guinep makes it sooo easy. I get a lot of funny glances because it looks just like a hard seltzer!
I always go out for drinks after the gym it used to kill me knowing that even a couple drinks was bascially ruining everything i just did in the workout. Now happy hour is like active recovery for me and I feel even better in the mornings.
Im a nurse and after a long shift i CRAVE a little treat and a wind-down ritual but my wine habit was killing my mornings. Now I make sure I have Guinep in the fridge and my ritual is just as pleasant and relaxing and have reclaimed my mornings!
WHY A COCKTAIL?
Because recovery isn’t just physical—it’s social. The fastest way to shift your nervous system into recovery mode is through connection, presence, and a shared experience. Sharing a drink with good people is deeply ingrained in us and our culture to signal safety, belonging, and joy.
